The momentum of accessibility law is growing at breathtaking speed -- universal accessibility is an idea whose time has come. In recognition of growing accessibility opportunities, the law firm of Powers, Pyles, Sutter & Verville, PC created Digital Accessibility Trends Analysis (DATA) for the business community and governmental agencies around the globe.
Founded by PPSV attorneys John D. Kemp and Elisabeth Doyle, DATA is a comprehensive quarterly subscription service that is aimed at keeping government and private industry competitive and informed of global disability policies as well as legal and marketplace drivers.
John Kemp, a disability law expert and published author, is known nationally and internationally for his efforts to assist organizations of all sizes to monitor web accessibility and digital technology in light of growing legal realities and the pervasiveness of the internet.
